Job Description: Front Desk Receptionist
Duties: -
- Greet and welcome visitors/Guest in a professional and friendly manner
- Effectively address and resolve guest problems to increase guest satisfaction.
- Check guests in and out, ensuring proper payment is received, special requests are noted & fulfilled, and accurate information is recorded.
- Provide guests with information about the motel and local area
- Answer inquiries regarding motel services, facilities, and other information.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and Hotel policies.
- Prepare and submit daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback, to the hotel management team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or clerical role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as iPad, printers, and scanners
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Friendly and professional demeanor
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
