Duties
- Schedule and coordinate sales appointments for the sales team, ensuring optimal time management and resource allocation
- Engage in outbound calling to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct telemarketing activities to promote products and services, effectively communicating value propositions
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and understanding of dispatching various calls
- Support business development initiatives by identifying potential clients and nurturing ongoing relationships
- Maintain high levels of customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and providing detailed product information
Experience
- Proven experience sales experience with a focus on technology products or services
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Spanish a plus
- Knowledge of marketing strategies that support customer engagement and lead generation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
