Responsibilities
- Process and manage vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to resolve title and billing issues, including out-of-state title work when necessary.
- Monitor and notify management of any changes to processes and regulations regarding title work.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all title transactions and accounting entries.
- Assist with accounts receivable tasks, miscellaneous data entry and occasional errands.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties to support the finance team.
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting as required.
- Previous experience in automotive titles, accounting, or administrative support required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or coursework in accounting or business is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
