In this role, you will lead excavation projects, oversee equipment operation, and ensure compliance with safety standards on construction sites, industrial facilities, and oil & gas sites. Your expertise will support precise utility locating, daylighting, trenching, site preparation, and confined space entry operations for the oil & gas and energy industries. You will play a key role in delivering safe, reliable, and efficient field services that keep projects moving forward. Responsibilities
- Perform and supervise confined space entry operations for the cleaning and removal of sludge, slurry, and other materials from tanks, vessels, and industrial equipment.
- Lead and supervise excavation and utility locating projects on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to guarantee optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Oversee construction utility work including trenching, potholing, and daylighting.
- Ensure all operations comply with construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and utility companies to facilitate efficient workflow and accurate utility location.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance logs, safety inspections, and project progress reports.
Qualifications
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
- Clean Driving record along with ability to pass Drug/alcohol Screening.
- General knowledge of OSHA standards and DOT driving compliance
- Valid West Virginia or Pennsylvania commercial driver’s license with experience in commercial truck driving.
- Mechanical knowledge for routine maintenance of hydrovac units and other machinery; knwloedge of pre-trip, pos-trip, and greasing operations.
- Ability to lead a team effectively as a foreman while maintaining high safety standards.
- Communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients; strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
