General Laborer
Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and support a wide range of oil & gas, utility, industrial, and energy projects throughout the region. In this hands-on role, you will assist with pressure washing, erosion and sediment (E&S) control, seeding and mulching, production unit hook-ups, site maintenance, and general field services. Working alongside experienced crews, you'll help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform industrial pressure washing and cleaning services for equipment, facilities, and production sites.
- Install, maintain, and repair erosion and sediment (E&S) control measures.
- Perform seeding, mulching, erosion stabilization, and site restoration activities.
- Assist with production unit hook-ups and general support for oil & gas production operations.
- Support construction, maintenance, and turnaround activities at industrial and energy facilities.
- Load, unload, transport, and organize tools, materials, and equipment.
- Perform general labor duties, including lifting, digging, shoveling, site cleanup, and material handling.
- Assist with equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance.
- Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support field operations.
Qualifications
- Must have and maintain WV Drivers License
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work safely as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
