POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT
Moss' Manager, Creative Services, is responsible for leading the creative team in the development, and management, of brand assets to be used across multiple marketing channels. This multi-disciplined role will be responsible for a strong blend of print design, digital, video and brand content to meet business objectives.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads the creative services group (a functional group within the marketing department)
- Monitor industry design/brand trends
- Track and analyze measurable results and provide succinct conclusion to data
- Turning marketing objectives into creative strategies
- Responsible for hiring and training creative staff
- Source and manage agency support
- Implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization’s branding strategy and quality goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one-to-two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10 years of experience leading creative teams; experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry is a plus
- Solid experience with Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Candidates must have knowledge of print and digital graphic design and a strong sense of typography design skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
