We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and customer-focused professional who can communicate clearly, think fast, and close when it counts. This is not a sit-back-and-answer-phones role - this is a position where service and sales go hand-in-hand.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and turn inquiries into paying customers
- Handle customer questions, service requests, and problem resolution with confidence
- Make outbound follow-ups to close leads and retain customers
- Communicate with technicians and office team to keep operations running smoothly
- Enter and manage customer data accurately in our system
- Deliver a professional, high-energy experience on every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator (clear, confident, and professional on the phone)
- Comfortable with sales conversations and closing business
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment without getting overwhelmed
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems a plus)
- High School Diploma or GED required
