Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to understand their insurance needs and provide expert guidance on available policies.
- Promote and sell various insurance products through proactive outreach, including outside sales efforts such as telemarketing and retail sales.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Analyze customer data to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop personalized insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones through effective communication and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related industries.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales confidently while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Experience with sales administration systems and benefits management is a plus.
