Moslow Wood Products is growing and looking to add an experienced, dependable CNC Machinist to our production team. We manufacture custom wood products with exceptional craftsmanship, and we’re seeking someone who takes pride in precision work and enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
In this role, you will set up, and operate CNC machinery to create, modify, and repair precision wood components. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial.
Responsibilities
- Inspect CNC machinery to ensure it is in proper working order before setup
- Set up machines for each production run according to specifications
- Perform all required CNC programming (or program adjustments)
- Monitor machines throughout production cycles and verify part accuracy
- Conduct routine quality checks and follow all QC standards
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow all company safety protocols and report concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of CNC Machinist or CNC Operator experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-monitor work quality
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional work ethic
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
