Position Overview
Mosley School of Cosmetology is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Enrollment Specialist who is passionate about helping students change their lives through education. This role is perfect for someone who has strong sales skills, excellent people skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
As the first point of contact for prospective students, you will play a key role in converting inquiries into enrollments, guiding students through the admissions process, and creating an exceptional first impression of our institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students via phone, text, email, and in-person consultations
- Conduct campus tours and virtual information sessions
- Guide students through the entire enrollment process (application → documents → start date)
- Follow up consistently with leads to convert interest into enrollment
- Clearly explain program offerings, tuition, financial aid options, and career outcomes
- Maintain accurate records using CRM/SIS systems (Smart, Go High Level, or similar)
- Support marketing and recruiting events (open houses, expos, community outreach)
- Build relationships with prospective students and maintain strong communication
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth transition from enrollment to classroom

- Strong sales ability (closing skills are a MUST)
- Excellent people skills and relationship-building ability
- Confident and professional communication (verbal & written)
- Comfortable with public speaking and presentations
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet enrollment targets
- Ability to handle objections and guide students to make confident decisions
- Experience in education, admissions, recruiting, or sales preferred
- Familiarity with CRM or student systems is a plus
