Candidates must be detail oriented, able to manage a multi-line phone system, comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars
- Greet patients and visitors, including patient check-in and check-out
- Verify patient information and demographic data
- Manage medical records and documentation as needed
- Handle patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Support efficient front desk operations and assist office staff as needed
- Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
