Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Superintendent located in Chunchula, AL. The Field Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing workflows, supervising construction teams, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, monitoring project timelines and budgets, and addressing any issues that may arise during construction. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness. This project is slated for 12 months in Creola ,AL.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction site management, project coordination, and team supervision
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and project plans
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project timelines
- Technical knowledge of construction practices and equipment
