Job Title: Superintendent
Job Location: Mobile, AL
Salary: $140k-$170k
Requirements: 6 years as a Superintendent for other General Contractors experience on projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Healthcare/Medical, Industrial, etc.
This is a full time/permanent position with a well established / leading general contractor. They have a wide range of projects spanning across commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, etc. The majority of the projects are ground-up ranging from $5M - $30M some TIs. They are currently hiring for an experienced Superintendent.

- Ground-Up project experience exceeding $20M
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
