Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, ensuring landscapes are healthy, vibrant, and visually appealing. Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep turf healthy and lush
• Maintain landscapes by planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery with precision and care
• Use hand tools and power tools safely for tasks including trimming, pruning, planting, and installing landscape features
• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators and other construction machinery for site preparation and hardscape installation
• Conduct landscape maintenance/installation activities including shrub and tree trimming and planting, rock/mulch bed installation, concrete curbing installation, seeding/sodding and snow plowing during winter months
• Assist with the installation of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures

Experience

• Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is highly preferred but not mandatory
• Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment such as excavators is helpful
• Familiarity with lawn care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and pest control
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including irrigation systems management and snow plowing operations
• Ability to perform tree care tasks such as trimming, pruning, planting or removal with safety awareness
• Experience working with landscaping materials like stone, wood, concrete or mulch is a plus
• Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites and outdoor work environments

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
