Commercial Superintendent
Must have adequate knowledge of commercial construction settings and procedures. Understand and interpret blueprints and specifications. Superintendent will be responsible for communicating with the Project Manager, managing Subcontractors, and Vendors, coordinating all site construction activities and delivery of materials. Must be able to manage a timely schedule for the project and ensure it moves forward efficiently. Will require hands on job labor with the assistance of laborers and carpenters onsite, and must be able to supply their own tools to complete jobs as necessary, (Site Work, Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, Wood Framing, Doors and Hardware). Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Schedule: This is a full-time job and your daily schedule is job dependent.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job sites.
Commercial Construction Experience: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification: • Driver’s License
Must be willing to travel out of town regularly.
