Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales agent to assist clients in finding suitable homes
- Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their home search criteria
- Draft and negotiate offers for the sales agent and clients
- Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation
- Host open houses at least three weekends each month
- Engage in weekly script practice in accordance with team standards
- Take part in team activities as per team guidelines
- Monitor and record tasks and activities using Brivity Technology
