This position is responsible for working in conjunction with the Property Manager to manage all aspects of property operations including the direct responsibility for the collection, posting, banking, and delinquent rent collection action (including liens, lock-outs and evictions when applicable) and reporting of all account receivables. This top performing individual must also demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work well with a team and the ability to provide consistent white glove customer service to current and prospective customers.
