We're Looking For Someone Who...

· Has at least one year of multifamily leasing experience.

· Loves meeting new people and building lasting relationships.

· Has strong sales instincts and enjoys overcoming objections.

· Brings positive energy and enthusiasm to work every day.

· Is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

· Can confidently multitask while delivering exceptional customer service.

· Communicates professionally both in person and in writing.

· Is adaptable, dependable, and always willing to jump in wherever needed.

· Is bilingual (English/Spanish) — a plus!

Requirements

· One or more years of multifamily leasing experience

· Valid driver's license

· Ability to work in person

· Availability to work weekends, leasing events, and other high-traffic periods as needed
