This individual will play a critical role in supporting Financial Advisors by delivering exceptional client service, ensuring operational accuracy, and maintaining strong client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services or investment advisory industry
- Experience supporting Financial Advisors or working within an RIA or broker-dealer environment
- Working knowledge of financial planning concepts and investment products across asset classes
- Experience with financial industry CRM systems (AdviserEngine preferred)
- Familiarity with Schwab Advisor Center strongly preferred
- Experience with DocuSign or similar tools is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial concepts
- Problem Solving: Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
This role will sit ONSITE in Wexford, PA
