Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and personable Client Service Specialist to join our team. This role is key to delivering a seamless, high-touch client experience while supporting daily operations and contributing to firm growth.
This position blends client service, administrative support, and light marketing coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and thrives in a relationship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact, delivering concierge-level client service
- Coordinate account setup, maintenance, and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Conduct post-meeting follow-ups and support the Lead Advisor
- Prepare and maintain accurate client records and paperwork
- Assist with new accounts, asset transfers, and service requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating when needed
- Communicate with strategic partners (broker-dealers, CPAs, attorneys)
- Maintain consistent client outreach to drive satisfaction and retention
- Utilize CRM systems to manage and track client relationships
- Support compliance with firm policies and industry regulations
- Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and community engagement
- Participate in networking and business development efforts

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years of client service experience within the financial services industry required
- Experience with CRM and financial planning software preferred
- Willingness to obtain SIE and Series 6 within the first year
