Assistant Project Manager New Home Construction
STATESON HOMES, a home builder in the Roanoke-Blacksburg region is looking for a dynamic individual who brings leadership, managerial, and problem solving skills to the table for our new Bristol communities. Assistant project managers are teamed with our senior project managers for 12-18 months to develop skills prior to being promoted to Project Manager.
The Stateson Homes’ mission is to provide a superior product and customer service to our home buyers that will create and grow referrals and repeat business for the long term. We empower our project managers to solve problems and find solutions to enhance the home buying experience for the customer. In this role you must communicate regularly with each customer throughout the building process and ensure that each home is built to Stateson Homes’ specifications. Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and supervising trade partners and vendors
- Conducting quality control inspections of homes under construction
- Managing company assets and individual job budgets
- Interacting with customers, building officials, and our sales team
- Creating a world class customer experience
Requirements:
- Leadership and problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Management experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
