Morton Consulting is seeking a motivated IT Recruiter with 1–4 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is competitive, organized, and not afraid to pick up the phone.
You will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening, and securing top IT talent for our clients while maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Experience with Bullhorn ATS is a HUGE plus and strongly preferred.
This role also provides a clear path for growth into Account Management for individuals interested in developing client-facing and business development skills within the consulting and staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified IT candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate experience and fit
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of IT talent
- Proactively reach out to candidates and maintain consistent follow-up
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Maintain recruiting activity and candidate records within Bullhorn ATS
- Partner closely with the Recruiting Team Lead to meet hiring needs and priorities
- Maintain a high level of recruiting activity including outbound calls and candidate engagement
- 1–4 years of recruiting experience (staffing/agency experience preferred)
- Experience recruiting for IT or technology roles is a plus
- Bullhorn ATS experience is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging candidates directly
- Organized, persistent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and build relationships
- A recruiter who is driven, competitive, and motivated to close candidates
- Strong follow-up and ownership of their recruiting pipeline
- A team player who thrives in a high-energy recruiting environment
