Description Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists with Helpdesk operations as it pertains to Digital media.
- Open to learning MIS abilities
- Answers questions from end-users.
- Assists with resolution of Digital Media Projects and Requests.
- Assists in the processing, compression and streaming of video and audio files for the College's Media Services.
- Provide Multimedia support for campus events/functions, including sporting events and theatre productions.
- Maintains audio and video production equipment for Multimedia staff use.
- Assist with training for Campus Radio Station.
- Performs other duties as by Director
- Required to communicate – talk, hear, and write; written and oral communication
- Eye-hand coordination
- Sitting, standing, walking, reaching with arms and hands, kneeling, or crouching
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision
- Lifting and carrying items up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to work independently, often unsupervised.
- The ability to use Adobe suite is a PLUS (open to learning programs such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, etc.)
