We’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our Loan Officer Training Program — where you’ll get paid to learn, receive licensing support, and develop into a high-earning Mortgage Loan Officer.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline through outbound and inbound lead follow-up
- Conduct needs-based conversations to understand client goals
- Present mortgage solutions and guide clients through the loan process
- Stay up to date on loan products, guidelines, and industry trends
- Maintain consistent communication with clients from start to close
- Work closely with processors, underwriters, and trainers to close deals
What We're looking for
- No mortgage experience required — we train you
- Must be able to pass the SAFE MLO exam (75% )
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Sales experience OR interest in sales (this is a sales role)
- Coachable, competitive, and motivated to earn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
