Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Southfield, MI, for a Loan Officer Assistant. The Loan Officer Assistant will support loan officers in the preparation and processing of loan documents, provide exceptional customer service, assist in underwriting processes, and manage communication between clients and other team members to ensure smooth transactions and timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Loan Officers and knowledge of the Mortgage Industry
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Familiarity with Underwriting processes
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
