Job Overview:
Join a fast-growing, energetic team dedicated to helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. As a Loan Officer Assistant, you’ll support licensed loan officers, connect with clients through our dialer system, and guide borrowers through the mortgage process, from initial contact to closing. We offer full training when you start to set you up for success.
What You’ll Do:
- Call leads, generate interest, and assist clients with mortgage options
- Collect and organize financial documents for loan applications
- Ensure accurate, compliant submissions
- Keep clients updated and supported throughout the process
- Help drive pipeline growth while preparing for your Mortgage Licensing Exam (we cover prep costs)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication & relationship skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good under pressure
- Able to handle high call volumes professionally
- Motivated to learn and grow in the mortgage industry
Compensation & Perks:
