On behalf our client, who is an actively growing, diversified, real estate development, investment and property management firm. We are hiring an Assistant Community Manager for a garden style community (10 three-story apartment buildings, 6 carriage style buildings and 1 clubhouse) North of Charlotte, NC.
Essential Skills/Responsibilities:
- Support Community Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of property
- Maintain and develop tenant relationships
- Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency with property management software, a plus
