As a weekend LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents, many of whom are facing cardiac, orthopedic, renal, or pulmonary issues.
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated LPN to work weekends as part of our dedicated team. As an LPN with Morristown Post Acute, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with ADLs
Working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment

Requirements:
Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays
