About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Morristown Post Acute, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will assist with daily living activities, vital signs, and other essential care tasks, while also promoting a positive and caring environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure that each resident receives personalized attention and support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Assist with feeding, ambulating, and repositioning residents as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care

• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide a calm and reassuring presence to residents, families, and visitors

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
