Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, utilizing your expertise and skills to promote optimal health outcomes
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians and according to facility policies and procedures
Monitor and report changes in resident condition, providing timely notification to members of the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and vital signs
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care and patient satisfaction
