Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans, conducting exercises and interventions, and monitoring patient progress
Prepare and maintain treatment areas, including cleaning and organizing equipment and supplies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and revise patient treatment plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure optimal care and outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and satisfaction
