Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic rehabilitation team at Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation & Nursing, a state-of-the-art center that offers cutting-edge post-acute care and rehabilitation services. Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans, conducting exercises and interventions, and monitoring patient progress

• Prepare and maintain treatment areas, including cleaning and organizing equipment and supplies

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and revise patient treatment plans

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure optimal care and outcomes

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current LPTA licensure in the state of New Jersey

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in physical therapy or related field preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
