- Welcome pilots, passengers, and airport visitors
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Answer phones and assist with front-desk duties
- Help coordinate customer and aircraft service requests
- Assist passengers with luggage and other needs
- Help keep our terminal clean, organized, and welcoming
- Work around aircraft and airport operations
- Have the opportunity to learn aircraft fueling and servicing
- Follow established safety procedures and step in wherever needed
