NOW HIRING: DOOR STAFF
Looking for a reliable member to join our door staff at Morrissey's Irish Pub in Minneapolis.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong de-escalation and people skills
- Knows how to properly check IDs
- Can help with stocking and basic cleaning
- Is dependable, observant, and professional
- Can keep things calm, friendly, and under control
- Is available for 3–4 shifts per week
- Helps walk bartenders to their cars at the end of the night once everything is closed up
The vibe: We’re a real calm atmosphere — no drama, no attitude. We’re looking for someone who can keep the door secure while still making guests feel welcome.
Experience is a plus, but the right attitude and ability to handle people calmly are just as important.
