Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide basic care and support, including feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their living spaces and common areas
• Work effectively with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in routine care assessments and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 0 years of experience as a CNA, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
