Job Summary
Morris Technology Solutions (MTS) is seeking an experienced Desktop Engineer contractor to provide dedicated support for physician-facing technology tools. This role will focus exclusively on physician tools, including Fluency Direct dictation, mobile EMR, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), and ambient clinical solutions. The Desktop Engineer will play a key role in ensuring reliable performance, usability, and support of these tools in a clinical environment, with a strong emphasis on Citrix-based workflows and iPhone device support. The ideal candidate has experience supporting healthcare providers and understands the importance of minimizing disruption to clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Provide end-user and technical support for physician-facing tools, including Fluency Direct dictation, mobile EMR applications, and ambient clinical technologies.
Support and troubleshoot issues within Citrix environments used by physicians and clinical staff.
Manage and support iPhone devices in a healthcare environment, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
Administer and support MDM and MAM solutions to ensure secure and reliable mobile access to clinical applications.
Support Microsoft Edge within clinical and virtual desktop environments.
Work closely with physicians and clinical staff to resolve technical issues with minimal disruption to patient care.
Document incidents, resolutions, and standard procedures related to physician tools and mobile device support.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to physician technology workflows.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience supporting Citrix environments in an enterprise or healthcare setting.
Hands-on experience supporting iPhone devices in a managed enterprise environment.
Experience supporting physician or clinical tools, including dictation or EMR-related applications.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) platforms.
Experience supporting Microsoft Edge in virtual desktop or clinical environments.
Android device support experience.
Prior experience working in a healthcare or clinical IT environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to support physicians and clinical staff professionally and efficiently.
Salary : $70 - $80
