Morris James LLP seeks applications for an attorney in its Wilmington, Delaware office with 3-5 years’ experience to join its dynamic and sophisticated Corporate and Commercial Litigation practice. Morris James seeks candidates who have a background handling complex corporate and commercial litigation matters, with focus in the Court of Chancery and Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytic abilities, excellent legal research and writing skills, and superior communication skills. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Delaware.
