- $35-$50/hour Depending on Experience

- This hybrid role will work on site at our beautiful Irvine office 3 days a week, allowing for remote work 2 days a week.
- Manage a generalist book of small to middle market commercial accounts.
- Analyze coverages associated with client insurance policies to ensure needs are met. Educate clients on their coverages and risks.
- Maintain client files with excellent documentation and organization of data.
- Delegate tasks to assigned assistants & support team, while also managing a steady stream of your own day-to-day tasks.
- You appreciate building and nurturing trusted relationships with your clients.
- You balance warmth with efficiency in your professional communications.
- You enjoy finding solutions to commercial risks and exposures while deriving satisfaction from the steady stream of renewal steps.
- You enjoy the complexity of larger accounts.
- Current CA Property and Casualty license
- 3 years Commercial Lines experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems (EPIC)
- Understanding of Independent Agency system and familiarity with Commercial Lines operations
- High School Diploma
Salary : $35 - $50
