Purpose:
The Seasonal Sales Greeter provides a warm, welcoming first impression to all guests entering the showroom and ensures customers are promptly connected with a member of the Sales Team. This position supports the sales floor during the busy holiday season by maintaining a positive guest experience, assisting with light operational tasks, and helping ensure the showroom reflects company standards.

· Greet every guest with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating an inviting first impression.
· Monitor customer traffic and assign guests to an available member of the Sales Team in proper rotation.
· Engage customers in friendly conversation while they wait, offering information about current promotions, products, and store events.
· Distribute promotional materials or advertisements and be able to speak confidently about key offers to build rapport and create connection points.
· Maintain showroom, breakroom, and restroom cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
· Assist with light administrative or clerical tasks during downtime (e.g., replenishing brochures, organizing displays, preparing promotion signage).
· Ensure smooth communication between the sales team and customers during high-traffic times.
· Support the sales team by assisting with small errands as needed.
· Demonstrate and uphold company values through professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional guest service.
Qualifications:
· Friendly, engaging personality with strong communication skills
· Customer-service or hospitality experience preferred
· Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
· Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
