Purpose:
The Outlet Selling Manager oversees all aspects of the outlet showroom, ensuring exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance, profitability, and team engagement. This involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, coaching and motivating the sales team, managing inventory levels, maintaining relationships with customers and vendors, and ensuring the showroom is visually appealing and well-maintained. The ultimate goal is to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers.
General Description of duties:

· Lead and direct the work of all Sales Associates to ensure a professional and customer-friendly environment at all times.
· Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings to reinforce accountability, development, and sales objectives.
· Strong sales approach that focuses on customer needs and long-term relationships.
· Must achieve and maintain net written sales each month to meet the established minimum performance standards.
· Must achieve personal selling standards in order to maintain position.
· Ensure showroom presentation, pricing accuracy, and product flow align with company standards. Uphold Areas of pride responsibility on a consistent basis.
· Effectively communicate with partnering departments and management to ensure smooth operations.
· Review sales reports and order accuracy to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
· Ensure understanding of the Sales Compensation Plan in order to accurately interpret and answer employee questions.
· Maintain understanding of all current promotions, policies, and programs offered to support the team and customers.
· Collaborate with corporate partners across Talent, Accounting, Merchandising and Operations to ensure compliance and best practices.
· Participate in recruiting, training, and onboarding of new team members.
· Support inventory accuracy and participate in scheduled physical inventories.
· Always ensure store security in compliance with company policy and procedure
Qualifications:
· Work independently or as part of a collaborative sales team.
· Proven ability to develop successful customer relationships and close sales.
· Ability to lead a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Professional leader with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
· Proven track record of sales success in a retail environment
· Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Requirements:
· High school or general education diploma or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
· Associate’s degree in business, marketing or communications preferred.
· 5 years’ experience in a retail sales or customer service environment
· Experience using Microsoft, ERP and/or Operations Software systems.
· Ability to travel to Corporate Headquarters and/or other retail locations up to 10% of the time.
