Job Summary
Under the direction of the Expanded Learning Program Specialist, and in support of the Administrative Assistant, the Expanded Learning Office Technician performs complex clerical and technical duties in support of the Expanded Learning Program (ELOP). Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting attendance; preparing and maintaining state compliance documentation including Federal Program Monitoring (FPM) records; coordinating human resources support functions related to recruitment and applicant processing; preparing documentation for audits and state reporting; and maintaining accurate and confidential program records to ensure program integrity and compliance.
Requirements / Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES and SKILLS: Typing, filing; standard office practices, correct English usage, spelling, grammar and basic arithmetic; excellent computer skills; minimum two years of clerical experience with increasing levels of responsibility; experience in attendance accounting, program compliance, or human resources support is preferred. High School graduate or equivalent or higher educational degree: A.A./A.S., etc., please be prepared to present if selected for a position. Submit a completed application.
