What You’ll Do
Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas:
Keep the building and grounds in great shape
Handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and work orders
Help keep fire alarms, generators, and safety systems running smoothly
Track inspections, tests, and maintenance schedules
Coordinate with vendors for equipment checks and repairs
Respond to maintenance needs and emergencies as they pop up
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
Support a culture of safety, teamwork, and quality
Professional Requirements:
