Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide courteous, professional service.
- Assist with taking and preparing customer orders accurately.
- Support basic food preparation, portioning, and packaging.
- Assemble and serve food and beverage items according to established standards.
- Communicate customer requests and special instructions to kitchen staff.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, dining, and service areas.
- Restock ingredients, utensils, packaging, beverages, and other supplies.
- Assist with washing and sanitizing dishes, equipment, and work surfaces.
- Monitor food preparation areas and maintain proper cleanliness throughout shifts.
- Assist with opening, closing, and routine restaurant cleanup duties.
- Handle routine customer questions and service requests professionally.
- Work with team members to maintain efficient service during busy periods.
- Report supply shortages, equipment concerns, or customer issues to management.
