Who We’re Looking For:
A full-time Leasing Consultant who is service-oriented, sales-driven, and proactive. This individual enjoys building relationships, following up with leads, staying organized, and contributing to a high-performing team environment. We are looking for someone who can work alongside the Property Manager to drive occupancy, support daily operations, and enhance the resident experience through professionalism and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by conducting property tours, responding professionally to inquiries, and building strong relationships with prospects and residents.

Support occupancy goals by converting leads to leases, demonstrating strong phone sales skills, maintaining consistent follow-up, and understanding pricing strategies.

Assist with short-term leasing placements and specialty housing coordination as needed.

Execute the lease renewal process and support resident retention initiatives.

Maintain accurate leasing records, documentation, and CRM updates in accordance with company standards.

Support daily leasing operations including customer transactions, communication, and administrative responsibilities.

Assist with marketing initiatives including creating flyers, supporting social media content, and contributing to model staging and presentation.

Conduct final inspections and coordinate cleanings of apartments, rooms, and common areas to maintain property standards.

Participate in ongoing training and work collaboratively with the Property Manager and team to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications:
What You Need:

High School diploma or GED required.

Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Experience creating marketing materials and supporting social media initiatives (Canva or similar tools preferred).

Experience with Entrata, OneSite, Yardi, Funnel, or similar property management platforms preferred.

Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to navigate multiple systems throughout the workday.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
