What You'll Do:
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents living with memory loss.
- Assist residents with daily activities while promoting dignity and independence.
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
- Help create a calm, engaging, and welcoming environment during the evening hours.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and teammates.
