Morningstar Living is currently hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician II at our Moravian Hall Square campus in Nazareth, PA.
This full-time role offers consistent hours and long-term stability, working 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM with a rotating weekend and holiday schedule. The pay range for this position is $21–$25 per hour, based on experience.

What will I do in the role of Maintenance Technician II?
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain buildings, equipment, and systems throughout the campus
- Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks and maintain accurate records
- Diagnose mechanical or facility issues, replace or repair parts, test systems, and make necessary adjustments
- Provide scheduled and emergency repairs of buildings and equipment
- Participate in emergency response procedures and promptly report unsafe conditions or incidents
- Assist with grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
What do I need in the role of Maintenance Technician II?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance experience
- Proficiency in one or more skilled trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, or painting
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
