What will I do in the role of Housekeeper?
- Clean assigned resident areas, offices, and common spaces following department policies and procedures
- Disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas
- Empty trash, dust, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpets
- Keep housekeeping carts and supply closets neat, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow proper infection control practices
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and report maintenance or repair needs
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members
What do I need in the role of Housekeeper?
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and use various equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
