As the Wellness Coordinator, you’ll be the hub that keeps our clinical and wellness operations running smoothly while fostering a supportive, engaged team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage staff schedules to ensure seamless coverage and efficiency
Lead and support staff development, including onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching
Serve as the primary liaison for physician coordination, appointments, and communication with healthcare providers
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional resident care
Monitor workflow and proactively solve problems before they arise
Support compliance with state regulations and internal standards
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members
Available Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, with scheduled on call rotation.
