Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of work quality and safety compliance
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities across residential units and community infrastructure, including HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high and low voltage), and mechanical assets
- Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines and budget expectations
- Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety incidents for audit purposes
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by maintaining efficient, professional standards across all maintenance operations
Qualifications
- Knowledge of facilities management principles including safety regulations, building systems (HVAC), and infrastructure maintenance
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective team leadership and collaboration
- Supervising experience with a focus on leadership development and team motivation
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
