About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Counselor (LPC or LCSW) to provide high-quality mental health services to a diverse client population. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive care—including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions—to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, including diagnosis and treatment planning, for assigned clients
- Develop, review, and obtain client approval for treatment plans within 4 weeks of the initial appointment
- Establish and maintain a consistent counseling schedule (weekly to bi-weekly during the initial phase)
- Provide ongoing therapeutic services aligned with each client’s treatment plan
- Complete and submit clinical documentation within 3 business days of each session
- Update treatment plans every 3–6 months and ensure proper documentation
- Prepare discharge summaries for closed cases in accordance with agency guidelines
- Coordinate referrals and connect clients to appropriate internal and community-based services
- Participate in scheduled supervision and staff meetings
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and legal standards
- Keep licensure and certifications current
- Participate in organizational initiatives and events as requested
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Active state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience
- Strong experience in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice
Compensation
$50.00 per client session
