What You’ll Do:
As a Behavior Therapist, you will provide one-on-one therapy, support parent collaboration, and collect ongoing data to track progress. Services are delivered primarily in client homes, as well as in community and school settings throughout Orange County. This is a highly engaging, active role where you will build strong connections and see meaningful progress over time.
Schedule & Availability:
We are currently seeking team members available at minimum 3–4 weekdays, preferably 5 weekdays, during peak hours (around 1:00/3:00 pm start to 7:30/8:00 pm end). Please only apply if you are available during peak hours. Greater availability, including mornings, will provide opportunities for increased hours.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children (ABA or Special Ed experience preferred)
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (transcript required)
- Ability to stay active (running, lifting, bending, and safely carrying children up to 50 lbs or more)
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Technologically proficient (email, data entry, Word, Excel, Google Apps, and basic data calculations)
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete accurate clinical documentation
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (minimum 3 years)
- Reliable vehicle and proof of insurance (DMV check required)
- TB test and background clearance (Livescan) per California law
